Mr. Prowd has worked for American Life Insurance Company, CIGNA Worldwide Insurance Company, West African Insurance Institute, INA International Insurance Company, and the National Social Secutity and Welfare Corporation in Liberia.

Mr. Prowd has over 23 year of senior level experience in management, budgeting, and corporate management.

Abraham B. Massaquoi, Accountant

Mr. Abraham B. Massaquoi has worked for the National Port Authority of Liberia for the past seven years. He has held positons there as an Accountant, Sr. Staff Accountant and Supervisor, and most recently as an Assistant Expenditure Manager.

Mr. Massaquoi has a diploma in Bookkeeping and Accounting from Booker T. Washington Institute, a BBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Liberia, and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cuttington University in Monrovia.
